Namely, there was no quorum for work at the session. Although the general majority was insured, there were not enough Croatian councilors.
According to the previously agreement, the mayor should be Samir Avdić (NIP), and his deputies of Mirela Džehverović (NS) and Predrag Puharić (SDP).
The SDP was previously promised to receive both vice chances, while NIP requested one position in the meantime.
