The fleet parks of institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina are regularly renewed, and often, more than 100 thousand marks are allocated for the official cars of our politicians.
In just three years of institutions, BiH spent 13.2 million on the purchase of official cars for the needs of officials. The latest procurement is for the Council of Ministers of BiH, which, according to the media, allocated 2.7 million marks for purchase of 44 limousines. New official limousines procured parliament and the Presidency of BiH and the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska, is stated in the attachment Bhrt-a.
It is not disputable that the fleet parks are renewed, but the disputable amounts of money that, at all levels in BiH, are allocated for their procurement and maintenance, say in Transparency International. These are large amounts, and the public is not a complete picture of how many official cars exist at all levels of government.
“Following the problem is that public procurement procedures are such that the contracting authorities, therefore, determine their priorities, ie the goods and services that they need and the very true tender documents are in accordance with their needs,” says Damjan Ožegović from Transparency International in BiH.

“Domestic officials show that those of all these decades are used to living in abundance, in luxury, well-being. But what is even more fascinating is to lack citizens who barely compose the end, which live thanks to the money, which must work for several jobs, which is generally walking in cars, over 20 years, “says political analyst Tanja Topic.
While the requirements of workers for the salary increase regularly suits that there is no money, for the needs of any overpaid politicians there is no crisis.
“The situation, according to some analyzes, is that in the Federation of BiH you have 4,000 official cars.
