Coach HSK Zrinjski Igor Štimac he was a guest on the show Compass of RTV Herceg-Bosnawhere he talked about his future on the bench of the Mostar club.
Štimac, who achieved the club’s greatest success in European competitions with Zrinjski, won BiH Cup and BiH Supercup and ended the season in second place in the Premier League of BiH, he said that the club is thinking about a new coach and that they are all waiting for a serious conversation.

Štimac pointed out that the financial side and details of the contract are not a problem.

Štimac explained that he does not mind the club talking to numerous coaches, except in a situation where there is already a coach under contract who does his job well.
He said that the Management resents the fact that such information was released during the season.
This disrupts the team’s preparation and the integrity of the coaches in the locker room, and significantly affects the atmosphere within the team. I have no grudges about it, but I feel a certain sadness because I think it could have been done in a much smarter way.
