British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said that the world was on the “historical milestone” and announced the key decisions that will form next months.
One of the main conclusions of the summit is that the United Kingdom, France and their allies will work on the plan to break the struggles in Ukraine, which will then be presented to the United States for Joint Implementation.
The starmer pointed out four key objectives:
– Continue military aid Ukraine
– Ensure that Ukraine participates in all peace talks
– Prevent any future Russian invasion
– to create a “coalition of willing” that will guarantee peace
The United Kingdom will enable Ukraine to access 1.6 billion pounds (about $ 2 billion) for the procurement of new projectiles, which will further strengthen its anti-risk defense.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz stressed that Ukraine must have a strong army after the war so that it could prevent future aggression. “The basis of everything will be a strong army,” Scholz said.
The President of the European Commission Ursula von Der Leyen warned that Europe must urgently increase investment in defense. “We must prepare for the worst,” he pointed out, emphasizing the need for a common European approach.
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said “Europe finally woke up” and now speaks “one voice” when it comes to Support Ukraine, transatlantic cooperation and strengthening the eastern EU borders.
The summit showed that European leaders want to take a bigger role in peacekeeping processes, but also strengthen the military resistance of the continent in light of possible future threats.
