JU “Sports and Recreation Center” Tešanj, in cooperation with the Municipality of Tešanj, organizes a free swimming school for children at the Kiseljak pools.
A program that has been gathering a large number of children in the period from the end of June to early August 2025. year, with the expert guidance of experienced trainers. The goal is to help children overcome basic swimming techniques and gain safety in water.
The swimming school is intended for children born between 2013. and 2018. years, including both of the stated years. The advantage of receiving children who have not participated in the program so far, followed by those who have been part of the school once before. Children who have already attended swimming school two or more times will only be able to participate if they remain vacancies.
The training lasts five business days, and classes will take place in the morning, from 09:00 to 11:00. The beginning of the first group is planned for Monday, 30. June 2025. year, depending on the weather conditions. Parents are obliged to bring children until the beginning of the term and take them upon completion of teaching.
Applications are performed exclusively via the Facebook page of JU “Sports-Recreation Center” Tešanj. The message should include the child’s name and surname, parent name, date of birth, phone number and the information on the previous school participation (if there were). The deadline for applications is Friday, 27. June 2025. years, after which the lists of groups will be published on the Facebook page.
Upon completion of all cycles, the final ceremony with the planned program will be organized for all participants, and the exact date of the parents will be notified subsequently. Also, from the sports and recreation center, they announce that the call for adult swimming school will also be published in early July.
