At the beginning of the month, the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted a document of the Framework Budget for the period 2026-2028. a year.
The document planned for health care expenditures in the next 2026. amount to KM 147.6 million, which is almost the same amount as in 2025. years – 146.8 million marks.
In addition to the fact that this year’s budget is not even enough to settle all the needs in health care, especially the needs of patients, the matter – what was the federal authorities leading themselves when they brought one document?

About improving the conditions of treatment, better equipping of health institutions, procurement of new equipment, apparatus and innovative drugs, which significantly increase FBiH citizens, because we already know, will not be money.

They did not predict anything, nor possible growth in the number of patients, nor anything else to improve health in the FBiH – Petrović emphasizes.
From the Association of Innovative Producers in BiH, they say that the Federal Ministry of Health won the answer to seek to increase the health budget for health and that their amounts are coming close to 300 km.
