The “Denver Nuggets” basketball players lost to the “Chicago Bulls” with a score of 130:127, and Serbian basketball player Nikola Jokić recorded a new triple-double performance with 36 points, 18 rebounds and 13 assists.
Jokic’s eighth triple-double this season in 12 games was not enough for “Denver” to defeat “Chicago” at home.
This is the Nuggets’ first loss at home since the beginning of the season, and Jokic missed a three-pointer in overtime.
Jokić achieved a triple-double in the 27th minute of the match, i.e. at the beginning of the third quarter, and it is his fastest triple-double of the season.
He spent 39 minutes on the field and had 13 of 27 field goal shots, or 48 percent. He recorded two blocks, one steal and two turnovers.
In the “Denver” team, Jamal Murray scored 34 points, with 11 caught balls and four assists, while Eron Gordon had 24 points and 10 rebounds.
The most effective in the winning team was Josh Giddey with 21 points, 14 rebounds and six assists. Ayo Dosunmu scored 21 points and Kevin Huerter scored 20.
“Denver” basketball players are in second place in the Western Conference of the NBA League with 10 wins and three losses, while “Chicago” is eighth in the East with a record of seven wins and six losses.
