On the occasion of possible new exemptions from the work ban on Sundays, the Barker in the Federal Parliament Admir Čavalić wrote his review online X.
Infinite exemptions to guessing
A couple of large trading chains has exhibited the ban on the work of some sales facilities in the territory of half of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Now they have repented and possible that the FBiH Ministry will offer a new exemption – 16 to 20 working weeks per year. But how many more exemptions?
It excludes Sunday as one of the days of the week even though our constitution does not recognize the special feature of the weekly days. People working 6 days a week, and must be shopped on Sundays declared not so smart (because those who wrote this law have never worked 6 days a week). FBiH excluded and so we became the only country in the world where half of the country works, half no. This did not cause a family vacation on Sundays, but new consumer behavior: departure on Sundays in the RS shopping. We are one country, nothing against. In Doboj, the largest retail park was definitely opened in the state.
Then the action over the wrong ministry has made an exemption in the work of the work of sales facilities. It did not go through the Labor Law, but an internal trade law. Every employee in the FBiH can work on Sundays, but not a sales facility. So today we have shops in trade working on Sundays on cleaning, storage, inventory, preparations for Monday, refrigerators, etc. This is followed by a famous exemption within only the law – somehow a bread need, and meat does not, flowers need, but children’s food or diapers do not, collect basic products in Dragstor, or Food and home necessities. By the way, pharmacies are not exempted, they are literally forgotten (in that haste lobbying). Not to talk about the exemption of bookmakers, catering, transport, all other jobs in the FBiH. They have no mothers, sisters, fathers, family and guess it is wise to bet and drink coffee on Sundays, and shop during the other six days.
Never the end
But never the end of the exemption. Orašje is excluded without a problem. Submitted by the request and the FBiH government excluded them as soon as possible. Nobody threatened nuts, nor convinced them that he did not fall traffic. Then a new exemption was made in the form of a regulation with some exemption criteria (traffic and employee number). Another exemption was added among the criteria for exemption – specific circumstances or simpler “how to tease all other municipalities after Orašje, but excluding Neum in May.”
Now it starts the most interesting part. When some municipalities / cities still proved to meet the first two criteria, then the Ministry of Trade began to be calculated with them and belonging to them in the earlier months and employees. It is as if it has some sense with the criteria (here’s an idea: Create a new regulation and criteria that say that other months before November).
Even worse – What does that matter after the nut? Where did someone have to have to have to have to do after Orašje? Like a nut is in another country, reality? Specially worrys activities that are for investigative bodies in our country. Eg. One councilor communicates with the Ministry of Trade informally, and obtains the belief that the request of the liquid will be rejected – although it is not even filed, nor considered and although they meet the requirements. I notice, previously nautical nuts gained an exemption. Orašje, Orašje, Orašje … Magic word against hypocrisy.

There is a problem with “but”
Therefore, it is not surprising that in the head of these masters of the exemption, the next exemption from the beginning of this text, number (9): Working 16-20 Sundays. I guess it’s a logical step.
But there is a problem with “Ali” ie. Exemption. Reals those who exclude completely hypocritical because in each step they violate some principles, proclaimed goals and the like. Like goals, they state the protection of workers, mothers, tents from the cash register, the family together and the like. It would be all convincing that there was no exception. This has now become clear to everyone that it is a cheap sheath that needs to protect completely profooling economic policies behind which the acquirements were high-trading chains that lacked workers. Not only that, the exemptions make all this by legal mud, constitutionally controversial and ultimately absolutely absolutely. Because of that, shorten us waiting time (because I know that we are going to that direction after the great trade chains have denied support) – (10) Expend us all of the work ban on Sundays, writes Avaz.
