The Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina under the order of Directors Mirko Kuprešaković is investigating the transition of the state border of Milorad Dodik, President of the Republika Srpska.
Also, all measures and actions on determining the circumstances and the manner in which the President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, crossed the border between BiH and the Republic of Serbia.
Regarding the said event, the BiH Border Police will be informed by the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and cooperate with all law enforcement agencies.
BiH Border Police, as an administrative organization in the composition of the BiH Ministry of Security, established for the performance of police surveillance, and other tasks prescribed by law and will take all available measures to protect the state border and preserve the Security of BiH. Also, BiH Border Police is monitoring the state border and operates in accordance with positive legal regulations and their own plans, and other police agencies and other types of cross-border crime, the fight against terrorism, human trafficking, smuggling of the narcotics Drugs, weapons and explosives, forge documents and the like, and all in order to create a secure environment for all citizens of BiH and the region and our progress in achieving European standards and strengthening common European security.
