Ahmetlić’s Hifa Oil Group includes about twenty companies that operate in completely different sectors – from the metal industry and PVC carpentry, through solar energy and furniture, to bitumen distribution and electricity wholesale.
The group is present not only in BiH, but also in Slovenia, Croatia, Montenegro, Germany and the Netherlands, which makes it one of the rare domestic conglomerates with a serious regional and European footprint.
Two companies from the metal sector, Euro-Metali and Euro-Roal, achieved a combined income of almost 138 million KM. Euro-Metals recorded an income of 79,157,156.00 KM and a profit of 1,645,300.00 KM with a growth of 10.25%, while Euro-Roal ended the year with an income of 58,772,166.00 KM and a profit of 3,727,391.00 KM. Both companies, thanks to their warehouse capacities, are active in the markets of Croatia and Montenegro, where they have subsidiary companies.
PVC carpentry – from Matuzić to Amsterdam
The Hifa Oil Group is also strongly present in the segment of PVC joinery through two companies. A few years ago, Ahmetlić bought the German company LB Profile GmbH, specialized in the production of PVC systems for windows and doors, which in 2025 generated an income of 9,579,128.00 KM. The domestic company Bowido, based in Matuzići, showed far more impressive figures – revenue of 33,638,145.00 KM and profit of 2,359,183.00 KM, with growth of as much as 18.49%. Bowido is also present in the Netherlands, where a separate company operates under the same name.
The sun as a business
The group does not miss the wave of green energy. Hifa-Oil Solar Team, a company specializing in the installation of solar power plants, has positioned itself as one of the leaders in that field in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In 2025, it achieved an income of 14,201,051.00 KM and a profit of 99,115.00 KM, with an impressive growth of 45.95% compared to the previous year, which shows in which direction the group directs part of its investments.
Under the Nostro brand, the company AS Nostro is present on the furniture market with revenue of 8,992,874.00 KM and profit of 27,615.00 KM, recording a growth of 36.12%. Euro-Stil from Doboj, another of Ahmetlić’s companies, deals in the sale of wood energy products, wholesale of liquefied petroleum gas and transport, but its data for 2025 have not yet been published. The Slovenian company Bitrol completes the energy segment of the group – it distributes bitumen, sells products of other companies from the group and engages in wholesale electricity.
Consolidated data on the operations of the entire Hifa Oil Group for the year 2025 are still expected, but the already available numbers of individual companies outline the group in full swing. Expansion into foreign markets, investment in new technologies, strengthening of production capacities and growth of the retail network, all this indicates that Ahmetlić’s business ambitions know no stagnation, he writes.
