The current Bosnia and Herzegovina Cup winner Zrinjski from Mostar denied the information about the departure of Igor Štimac (58) from the Mostar club.
This morning, Germanijak published information that Štimac will leave Zrinjski, and according to the club, this information is wrong.
“Zrinjski Mostar wants to deny the media articles related to the status of coach Igor Štimac”, it is stated in the announcement of the people of Mostar, who add:
“The club considers the published information to be inaccurate, unverified and extremely inappropriate, especially due to the fact that it was published immediately after winning the BiH Cup, i.e. the second trophy won this season. The focus of the team and the professional staff remains exclusively on the final challenges in the championship and the achievement of the set goals.”
We remind you that, according to earlier information, Štimac was to be succeeded by Simon Rožman, who previously led FK Sarajevo.
