Ukraine and its allies have agreed to work on a cease-fire plan in the next ten days, President Volodymyr Zelensky told Axios, following the US president’s proposal to stop the war at the current borders.
– Some quick points. Like a ceasefire plan. We decided that we will work on it in the next week or ten days – the Ukrainian leader told Axios in an interview published on Monday.
Zelensky added that Ukraine – in order to put pressure on Russia for talks – is asking the US administration not only for Tomahawk missiles, but also for “similar things” that do not require long-term training, reports Reuters.
