After they managed to escape from the circus in Munich, the two zebras were recaptured and returned back, the city police said.
The City Control Center received the report on Tuesday that the zebras were seen near one primary school, the spokesman said, adding that the patrol was sent immediately to the field, but their zebras managed to escape.
Later, police officers, noticing that there was a circus near the school, concluded that the animals were most likely to escape.
In the meantime, the circus workers managed to catch zebras, which accompanied by the police were returned to the fenced circus space.
