All interested citizens of the Zenica Doboj Canton are hereby informed that, starting from 17.07.2026. temporarily suspends the receipt of new applications under the Public Call for the allocation of grants for projects to increase energy efficiency in the housing sector in the Zenica-Doboj Canton, number: 12-01-263/26-12-JP dated 04/16/2026. year.
After considering the current course of implementation of the Public Call, the number of received and administratively processed applications, the dynamics of their processing, received requests for the implementation of approved measures and available financial resources, and based on the Minutes of the Project Implementation Team number: 12-01-263/26-23-Z-PIT dated 15.07. 2026 and Proposal of the Project Implementation Team number: 12-01-263/26-24-P-PIT dated 15.07. In 2026, the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Transport and Communications and Environmental Protection accepted the proposal of the Project Implementation Team to temporarily suspend the receipt of applications in order to complete the administrative processing of all applications already received, to determine the available financial resources needed to continue the implementation of the aforementioned Public Call, and to ensure transparent, responsible and equal implementation of the Public Call.
As of the date of this notification, 2,044 applications have been received, of which 1,600 applications have been administratively processed, while the remaining applications are in the process of administrative processing. Bearing in mind that the administrative processing procedure has not yet been completed, at this moment it is not possible to determine with complete certainty the final volume of financial resources required for the realization of all applications already received.
Applications submitted to the post office no later than the date of publication of this notice will be considered timely submitted and will be considered in accordance with the provisions of the Public Call.
Applications submitted directly to the protocol of the Government of Zenica Doboj Canton after the date of publication of this notice, as well as applications sent by mail after the date of publication of this notice, will not be considered and, unopened, will be returned to the applicants.
After completing the administrative processing of all applications already received and the assessment of available financial resources, the Ministry will inform the public in a timely manner via the official website of the Government of Zenica Doboj Canton about the continuation of receiving new applications or the final suspension of receiving new applications under the Public Call, depending on the results of the assessment of available financial resources.
