This educational-mentor program gives the opportunity to participate in professional development, individual mentoring and initial financial resources to initiate its own business.
After the selection process, a group of participants were formed that successfully completed the quarterly education program, and nine women acquired the concrete knowledge and skills needed to enter the world of entrepreneurship.
At the end of this cycle, three business ideas have been selected, which will receive financial support from 3000 KM in terms of business, raw materials and other basic needs to initiate business, followed by secured mentoring.
Three participants whose business ideas are recognized as most promising to become successful businesses are:
Merima Hafizović, Founder of the Center for Research, Trauma and Psychotherapy – Contemporary Online Space Dedicated to Mental Health and Personal Development of Women. Through scientifically based practices and digital support models, the center provides accessible psychotherapy assistance to women throughout BiH and the diaspora.
Jasmina Gušić, owner of the craft of sweet figures – creative transport specializes in the manual development of the Figura Figurine, which serve as unique decorations for cakes and personalized gifts, ideal for special occasions.
Renata Lačević, Founder of the Business Habitplus – a set of services that offers professional and empathetic support for individuals, companies and organizations. HabitPlus services are also available online and live, in BiH and abroad for all those who want to stop smoking through structured education, workshops and consulting.
Other participants in the Program will be provided with continuous support through the promotion via the platform sister.zenezazene.ba and involvement in future activities organized by the Sist’er Center for Women.
