At a time when success is increasingly measured by the ability to create changes, inspire people and build sustainable values, the Women 100 Impact Awards once again showed how strong a role women play in the development of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s economy and society.
In the festive atmosphere of the Hills Hotel in Sarajevo, as part of the first international fair for women Women 100 Shop & Show Expoentrepreneurs, directors, managers, representatives of institutions, international organizations and the business community gathered together to pay tribute to women who push boundaries with their work, create new opportunities and open doors for generations to come.
The awards ceremony was more than a ceremony. It was a story about the courage to start one’s own business, about persistence to survive in challenging circumstances, about leadership that brings people together and about a vision that creates companies, jobs and new development opportunities.
The event was given special weight by the support of institutions and partners who recognize the importance of female entrepreneurship as an important driver of economic development. In the “Women’s Empowerment and Mentorship Award” category, recognition was awarded Suzani Tihi Babić, director in the Department of People Development and Corporate Culture at Addiko Bank dd Sarajevo.
In the “Inclusive Workplace and Community Support Award” category, two awards were given to the company Violeta doo Grude and Snježana Koprunerowner and director of GS-TMT doo Travnik.

The evening continued in a more relaxed atmosphere with the performance of a stand-up comedian Souls Flieshand ended with a concert by a regionally recognized artist Maje Milinkovićwhose fado and Mediterranean sounds rounded off the event dedicated to leadership, success and connecting women with each other.
