The Special Department for Suppression of Corruption and Organized Crime in the Federation (POSKOK) will soon file the first major indictments for corruption, reports has learned.
POSKOK also took over the Berilo case
The first major indictments will be filed, as things stand, by the end of the year. According to the information of the Report, several persons will be charged in several cases. This Department started working in April and took over hundreds of cases from the cantonal prosecutor’s offices. More than 700 are in operation, mostly from the KS Prosecutor’s Office.
These are the first POSKOK indictments for high crime that are in the final phase. Recently, an indictment was brought against several people from the area of Tuzla Canton, but for criminal offenses of planning murder based on Sky correspondence.
By the way, POSKOK also took over the case of Ibro Berilo and others. It is about the case ‘Incitement’ in which the former minister in the KS Government, Bojan Bošnjak, was arrested and detained. Additional financial expertise is awaited there.
In addition to Beril, POSKOK is also investigating the “Vidikovac” affair in which the prime suspect is Abdulah Skaka, the former mayor of Sarajevo.
But that’s not all. POSKOK also investigates crime in the FBiH Highways. There, the investigation is nearing its end. It is a multimillion-dollar crime by the former management of this company headed by Elmedin Voloder. A criminal indictment is expected soon in Herzegovina as well, and it concerns fraud related to solar panels.
There is also an investigation against the former head of the Municipality of Centar, Nedžad Ajnadžić, as well as the Management and members of the NO Aerodrom Sarajevo. Under the measures of the Supreme Court of FBiH are the leaders of the FUP, Vahidin Munjić, and the director of the Police Academy, Ervin Mušinović, who are also being investigated by POSKOm.

Only from the Prosecutor’s Office of KS, 400 cases were received, eight of which are being seriously worked on.
