At the beginning of December last year, the parliamentary question about business cards was asked by the president of the Club of Representatives of the SDA in the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Šerif Špago, asking for data for the period from February 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024.
In the Agency for Identification Documents, Records and Data Exchange of Bosnia and Herzegovina (IDDEEA), the director has the right to a business card, and the limit is 20,000 KM, for the expenses of official trips such as transportation, hotel accommodation and representation (catering services).
Until the end of July 2023, IDDEEA was headed by Arif Nanić, who was replaced by Almir Badnjević.

In the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the president has the right to a business card, and the annual limit is also 20,000 KM. The business card was used by Ranko Debevec, who had it revoked when he was suspended in December 2023. According to the response of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, after that the business cards were never reactivated in the name of Acting President of the Court Minka Kreho.

The former HDZ Minister of Civil Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ankica Gudeljević, is also in the BiH Competition Council, who only “swiped” her business card at the Terra Sarajevo restaurant.
In the Intelligence and Security Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, two employees have a business card authorized by the decision of the General Director Almir Džuva. It is not specified who these two employees are. Their limit is 20,000 KM each. In the answer to the representative’s question, it is written only that the business card was used by an OSA employee for hotel accommodation three times in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and once each in Switzerland and Austria.
Four persons in the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina have the right to a business card, namely the president, the general secretary, the head of the president’s cabinet and the professional associate-librarian. The limit is 10,000 KM.
The President of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Valerija Galić, used the business card for accommodation expenses for official trips abroad, namely in Berlin at NH Hoteles Deutschland, Riga in Latvia at the Radisson Blu Hotel, in Strasbourg at the Maison Lutetia R Hotel, as well as for an official dinner in Strasbourg at Les innocents restaurant.
The General Secretary of the court, Nataša Vuković, used the business card for accommodation at the Hayat regency hotel in Sofia, for an official lunch at the Začin restaurant, on several occasions for a subscription to the zoom platform and on several occasions for express mail service, protocol gifts.
No one, with the exception of the BiH Police Support Agency, has stated how much and where was spent from the business card.
The business card was held by the then director Husein Nanić at the Police Support Agency from May 1, 2017 to June 30, 2023. Now, according to the answer, no one owns it. During the requested period, Nanić used a business card once, for tolls, fuel, internet and parking during an official trip to Nuremberg, Germany, which cost 558 KM. Its limit is 10,000 KM.
The BiH Prosecutor’s Office replied only that the chief prosecutor has a business card.
However, the majority of these 31 institutions that submitted answers stated that no one at them has the right to a business card. The institution has more than 70.
No ministry has sent an answer so far, so it will be interesting to see where all the ministers are, including the heads of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Parliament spent funds from the card, it says Factor.
