Today, on the order of POSKOK, police officers confiscated the official mobile phone of the Federal Minister of Development, Entrepreneurship and Crafts and Deputy Prime Minister of the FBiH Government, Vojin Mijatović.
As we learn, the phones were also confiscated from Senad Šantić and Bojan Lazić, the owners of the consortium companies that received budget funds through a public call issued by the ministry headed by Mijatović.
These are pre-investigative actions in the case related to the criminal report filed against Mijatović by the owners of the Sarajevo IT company “Bloomteq”.
They believe that Mijatović set up a public invitation weighing 1.2 million KM for a certain company.
The application was formally submitted after Senad Šantić, the owner of the Mostar company that was part of the winning consortium, told in the “Plenum” podcast that “Mijatović said that he would issue a public invitation for them”, while they were looking for the necessary 600 thousand dollars. The filers of the criminal complaint believe that the federal minister promised to issue a public invitation in order to receive 1.2 million KM from a certain company with which he had an agreement.
One of the companies from the winning consortium withdrew from the business after the publication of this information.
What was particularly controversial in this public call, which Klix.ba was the first to write about in April, is that the public call lasted only nine days, six of which were working days, even though extensive documentation had to be submitted, as well as the fact that the applications were reviewed on a non-working day.
