The final document is sent today to all parliamentary parties, except SNSD.
Document implies:
– commitment to peace and rule of law;
– compliance with the General Framework Agreement for Peace, ie Dayton and all of its annexes;
– highlighting commitment to membership in the European Union;
– joint commitment to unblocking the EU times;
– Fight against corruption, crime, conflicts of interest and elimination of political influence in public procurement;
– culture of dialogue and ambience of cooperation;
– Operational functioning of the Council of Ministers and the BiH Parliamentary Assembly;
– Fulfillment of conditions for opening negotiations with the EU;
– growth plan and withdrawal of money;
– introduction of the differentiated VAT rate;
– the introduction of modern technology in the electoral process;
– Amendment to election law in accordance with the judgments of the Constitutional Court of BiH and the Judgment of the European Court of Human Rights.
The last paragraph in the document should, according to the plan, two troikas to be approved by the HDZ BiH to join them. However, that is difficult for now, especially after the statement of Dragan Covic that the opposition from the RS missed his chance, but even after his media aide who claims there was no functional authority without SNSD.
On the other hand, the parties two threes hope that, if the HDZ does not accept this document, the Party leader Dragan Čović will be shown as the EU’s main brake.
But the question is what use will have a state from such a “knowledge”. Already now, it is certain that the Covic will not bear any consequences for his behavior, nor suffer, as it is naively believed, critiques of Brussels and Zagreb.
