The Government of Zenica-Doboj Canton, presided over by Prime Minister Nezir Pivić, held its 136th session where several decisions were adopted to support projects in the fields of economy, environmental protection, return, social protection and work of the non-governmental sector, for which more than 1.2 million KM was approved.
At the proposal of the Ministry of Economy, the Decision on the approval and allocation of financial resources intended to subsidize the administrative costs of construction of production facilities was adopted. 312,000 KM was approved for this purpose.
At the proposal of the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Traffic and Communications and Environmental Protection, a Decision was made on the approval of 250,000 KM to the Municipality of Tešanj for subsidizing the construction of a leachate purifier at the municipal waste dump “Bukva”.
At the proposal of the Ministry of Labour, Social Policy and Refugees, several decisions were made by which cities and municipalities were granted funds for the co-financing of projects in the total amount of 442,172 KM. Thus, 41,067 KM was approved for the City of Teslić for the reconstruction of the community center in the returnee local community of Slatina, 24,759 KM for the Municipality of Vareš for the reconstruction of the fence around the church yard in the Local Community of Oćevija, and 35,000 KM for the City of Zavidovići for the rehabilitation and reconstruction of the local road in the Local Community of Kovači.
At the proposal of the same ministry, 200,000 KM was also allocated to the Public Institution Pensionerski dom with stationary in the Zenica-Doboj Canton, and 70,000 KM to non-governmental organizations in the area of the Zenica-Doboj Canton. Conclusions were also reached on the approval of funds to individuals as assistance of a social intervention character in the total amount of 71,346 KM.
