Romanian coach Mircea Lucescu did not hide his displeasure after the defeat of his national team against Bosnia and Herzegovina with a score of 3:1 in Zenica.
At the press conference, Lucescu had numerous objections to the conditions at the Bilino Polje stadium and to the hospitality of the hosts. A photo of him sitting on a wooden chair in a narrow corridor near the entrance to the changing rooms appeared on social networks.
Never in my career I have never seen such a lack of hospitality. I was sitting in a passage of one and a half meters, there were no chairs, and the players had a very small space, 4 by 4, Lucescu said.

Furthermore, he pointed out: This stadium was not made for football. Lack of hospitality. Screams and whistles during the national anthem… We in Bucharest received the guests very nicely. I’ve never seen anything like it in my career. I didn’t even hear the national anthem because of the whistle.
Lucescu especially emphasized the discomfort of his players: They had nowhere to warm themselves in that corridor. If we are what they shouted, then what are they? It is impossible to play at this level in such inhumane conditions.
Finally, he “threatened” the Dragons: God will allow us to play with you again in the barrage! It will be like in Bucharest – you will play for ten minutes.
