FK Željezničar announced the rumors about the entry of a new strategic partner to the club from Grbavica.
In the official press release on the club’s website, it is stated that until the moment of publication, the club had not received any “official offer from any entity in connection with a strategic partnership”.

In the last few days in the media space in BiH, it was recorded more posts which refer to the status and details of FK Željezničar’s negotiations with a potential strategic partner. The Assembly of the Football Club Željezničar would like to inform the public, members of the Club and fans about the exact state of affairs.
Until today at the address of the Club no official offer has arrived of any entity in connection with the strategic partnership. Negotiations with interested parties are still ongoing, and the final decisions will be made by the newly elected members of the Assembly exclusively in accordance with the interests of NK Željezničar.
We especially emphasize that the information and allegations were published today in one of the media completely incorrect and contrary to what is being conducted in the negotiations, as well as the minimum conditions set by the Club Assembly clearly defined as a basis for the possibility of any strategic partnership. The published claims do not reflect the actual situation nor are they based on information officially confirmed by the Club.
We would like to remind you that NK Željezničar has signed Confidentiality Agreement with potential partners, which at the moment limits us in presenting additional details. However, in accordance with the development of the situation, the Club will transparently inform its membership and the public about all relevant information as soon as possible.
We call on all media to act professional, objective and impartialin accordance with the rules of the journalistic profession. Speculating, presenting unconfirmed information and insinuations can cause serious damage to the Club and the process, which is extremely important for its future.
