In the premises of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Zenica-Doboj Canton, the signing of the Transfer Contract with the Budget Position “Capital Transfers Non-Profit Organizations” has been held.
The Cantonal Government was held on 22. September made the decision to approve funds in the total amount of 150,000 KM for co-financing of religious community, ie projects and rehabilitation of religious facilities and facilities that have the status of national monuments.
At the session held on 22.09.2025. year, the Government of Zenica-Doboj Canton has made approval of funds in the total amount of 150,000 KMs for co-financing the capital projects of religious communities, ie the construction, reconstruction and repair of religious facilities and facilities that have the status of national monuments.
In accordance with this decision, the funds were awarded the parish of Sv. Mihovila Arkangela Vareš was approved 10,000 KM for co-financing the project of replacing carpentry at the parish church, which has the status of a national monument, parish of Sv. Barbara Breza 10,000 KM for the installation of an ecological and economically sustainable Heating System, 50,000 KMs were approved for the Municipal Labor Adaptation, as well as the first phase of the mosque in Klopča, is 10,000 KM for the landscaping of the Facade. Mosques in Breza and the Tarikati Center in BiH was approved 70,000 KM for activities and maintenance of tekke in the Zenica-Doboj Canton.
With today’s signing of the contract, the activities of the Government and the relevant ministry on the creation of conditions for the smooth work and the action of religious communities operating in the area of Zenica-Doboj Canton are continued. These activities also welcomed representatives of religious communities, expressing gratitude for continuous support.
