The Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted today at a telephone session, at the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Development, Entrepreneurship and Trades, a decision which established the final list of beneficiaries of financial aid to private employers, trades and other independent activities in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for August 2025 with the aim of maintaining existing jobs.
This decision determined the amount of allocated funds under the Regulation on measures of financial assistance to private employers, trades and other independent activities in the Federation of BiH with the aim of maintaining existing jobs for 2025. An integral part of the final list is also the list of beneficiaries whose objections to the Decision on determining the final list of beneficiaries of financial aid for July this year were accepted, announced the FBiH Government.
Total funds for the implementation of this decision in the amount of 4,196,750 KM are provided in the Budget of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the year 2025 to the Federal Ministry of Development, Entrepreneurship and Crafts and are allocated to 9,824 beneficiaries. Part of the funds in the amount of 98,200 KM is allocated to 109 beneficiaries who have accepted the objection to the Decision on determining the final list of beneficiaries of financial assistance for July 2025.
The final list
The final list of beneficiaries of financial assistance will be published on the websites of the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Federal Ministry of Development, Entrepreneurship and Crafts.
The transfer of financial assistance funds to the user’s transaction accounts will be carried out by Union Bank in cooperation with the Federal Ministry of Finance and the Federal Ministry of Development, Entrepreneurship and Crafts based on this decision.
The Federal Ministries of Development, Entrepreneurship and Crafts and Finance, as well as the FBiH Tax Administration and Union Bank, are responsible for the implementation of the Decision, each within the scope of their competence and obligations in accordance with the Regulation.
The reason for making this decision is the implementation of the Regulation, which aims at sustainability, preservation of existing jobs and ensuring liquidity support for 2025 for private employers, trades and other independent activities.
Payment of arrears
The Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted, at the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, the Decision on the payment of outstanding obligations for pension and disability insurance for binding the length of service to the workers of the brown coal mine Kakanj doo Kakanj.
This decision authorizes this mine to bind the length of service for unpaid contributions to PIO/MIO for 16 workers who have acquired the conditions for retirement in the total amount of 840,713.56 KM, and for one worker who has been paid funds, but has not obtained the conditions for retirement in the total amount of 67,374.69 KM.
These funds will be paid from the funds of RMU Kakanj, and JP Elektroprivreda BiH dd Sarajevo, RMU Kakanj, the Federal Institute for PIO/MIO, and the Tax Administration of FBiH are responsible for the implementation of the Decision, writes Avaz.
