At today’s session, chaired by Prime Minister Nezir Pivić, the Government of Zenica-Doboj Canton adopted the Decision on initiating the procedure for the recruitment of 105 new police officers, of which 100 new officers are police officers and five are junior inspectors.
– This is a continuation of the material and personnel strengthening of the capacity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the ZDK. Tender procedures will be carried out in the following period – Prime Minister Pivić said.
The government has determined the amount of compensation for employees in the institutions of this canton, which will be paid in the amount of 853 KM. The refund will be paid on August 14, and 7,305,092 KM will be set aside for this purpose.
– There are 8,564 employees. The amount of the allowance is 50 percent of the average salary in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina according to the latest data, which amounts to 853 KM – said Čisija.
Reimbursement for employees of cultural institutions, whose founders are the local community, but whose salary funds are provided by the ZDK Government, will be financed from transfers from the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports and the Ministry of Labour, Social Policy and Refugees.
Several decisions were made within the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports for the reconstruction and construction of school facilities, for which approximately 365,000 KM was allocated.
– The largest amount was allocated for the school in Lašva near Zenica, about 180,000 KM. I note that these are additional funds for the construction of the school playground. Previously, approximately the same amount was allocated. It is about a modern school playground, which will serve students who go to that district school – said Prime Minister Pivić.
Within the framework of the Ministry of Labour, Social Policy and Refugees, 75,000 KM was allocated for the construction and reconstruction of local roads and individual requests for assistance of a social-interventionist nature.
Within the Ministry of Economy, 22,500 KM of funds were approved for the Regional Development Agency (REZ).
– This is a continuation of helping this agency, because they do very useful projects. Earlier, we allocated funds that, above all, are used for the development of certain projects that serve young entrepreneurs and the development of IT/AI technologies, which are very important for the development of the ZDK economy – said the ZDK Prime Minister.
