At the proposal of the Federal Ministry of Justice, the Government of the Federation of BiH has made a decision to adopt the audited action plan for public administration reform (PAR). The audited public administration reform action plan is an integral part of the adopted decisions, which enters into force on the next day from the publication in the FBiH official newspapers.
In the explanation, the proposer stated that in accordance with the key priority of the European Commission on the Membership of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the European Union, Bosnia and Herzegovina should be made to improve the overall functioning of the professional and depoliticized civil service, and ensure a coordinated policy.
It is added that the public administration reform takes place on the basis of the Strategic Framework for Public Administration Reform in BiH 2018-2022. and the Action Plan for Public Administration Reform from 2020. years. Decisions on conquering the strategic framework for the CRU and the action plan were adopted by the Council of Ministers of BiH, the Government of the Brčko District of BiH, the Government of the Federation of BiH and the Government of the Republika Srpska. The adoption of the strategic framework and an accompanying action plan implemented recommendations from the European Commission Report for BiH, as well as recommendations with the first three meetings of the Special Public Administration Reform.
