The Mayor of Sarajevo Predrag Puharić has signed co-financing agreements with representatives of football clubs Željeznicar and Sarajevo.
The funds were rejected according to the public call for developmental sports, and will be spent on the summer preparation of these two city clubs and eternal rivals.
The city of Sarajevo continuously supports the projects of the railways and Sarajevo their youth schools, junior appearances in the Champions League, senior teams, but also infrastructure projects.
“Clubs with a rich tradition such as FK Željezničar and FC Sarajevo deserves our support,” said Puharić and wished even better results for clubs.
