SULDE Ideas about 60 days of the holiday: What would that mean in practice?

On that occasion, the MP in the representative of the FBiH Parliament Damir Masic from the ruling SDP, he said the introduction of several days off and “the possibility of increasing the annual leave of up to 60 days”.

This will, obviously, to refer to the public sector, which the economy does not resemble the trimeness and excessive employment anyway.

Namely, the calculation says that according to existing laws, if we take into account that during the year are 52 weeks, while resting for two days of the weekend, it is 104 days off. If he added to the 8 days of the holiday (2×2 days of international, 2 days of public holidays, and 2 days of religious holidays), we come to a number of 112 days off during the year.

If, an increase in the annual leave to 60 days would be increased, it would mean that from 365 days a year, the privileged public sector would have 172 a non-working day during the year, ie as many as 47 percent of time would not work.

In this example, we only talk about the public sector, as only that part of society can afford it. But on the other hand, it is completely clear that the burden of the additional reluctance of this apparatus would re-brought the economy, ie the private sector that definitely would not last. What would be a deadly blow to the economy, is the introduction of such a solution to the real sector.

So our livestocks suggest that only half a year are only done during the year, and to receive salaries in 12 months. If mass false sick leave were added, the ruin was guaranteed.

It is, and the laymen is clear, unsustainable and a summary solution.
