The central place of the evening belonged to those whose successes exceeded the borders of the canton and the state.
The highest honors went to athlete Bakir Musić and karate player Stefania Krešić, athletes who, with exceptional results on the domestic and international stage, confirmed the continuity of top achievements and represented Tuzla Canton worthily. Their successes are a symbol of dedicated work, discipline and sportsmanship that inspires younger generations.

Awards were also given in numerous other categories, from promising athletes, through the most successful cadets, juniors and seniors, to coaches and sports teams, which recognized everyone who builds the sports foundations of the canton. The special recognition of the Sports Ambassador of Tuzla Canton further highlighted the role of sports in the promotion of the community, while this year, for the first time, athletes with disabilities were equally rewarded, which sent a strong message of inclusion and equal opportunities.
The event was attended by Prime Minister of Tuzla Canton Irfan Halilagić, Minister of Culture, Sports and Youth Damir Gazdić and Minister of Veteran Affairs Senada Dizdarević, who congratulated the awardees, stressing that athletes are the greatest ambassadors of the canton.

Prime Minister Halilagić emphasized that the Government of Tuzla Canton will continue to be a strong supporter of sports, especially school sports as the basis of a healthy and sustainable sports system. To this end, during the year 2025, through the Capital Expenditure Program, more than 3.1 million KM was invested in the improvement of sports conditions in primary and secondary schools, including the construction of six new gymnasiums and the reconstruction of existing sports facilities.
Minister Gazdić pointed out that the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth, apart from financing the event itself, continuously provided support to athletes who won the right to perform at a higher level of competition. Through the programs of the Ministry, KM 2.2 million was allocated to support sports clubs, school and recreational sports, as well as young athletes with top results, with full transparency of the process.
