U.S. President Donald Trump has privately encouraged Ukraine to reinforce the attacks on Russian territory, and he even asked Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenia can make Moscow if it secured the weapon of long range, reported on Tuesday Financial Times.
Newspapers, referring to two people familiar with the conversation, state that Trump talked to his Ukrainian counterpart in the phone call 4. July, the day after talking to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Trump also discussed sending American Atacms projectiles Ukraine, states FT, referring to the same sources.
The White House did not immediately answer the Reuters’ comment request. Reuters could not confirm the newspaper allegation.
Trump then said that he was disappointed with a passage call because it does not seem to be a Russian leader to stop the Russian war against Ukraine.
