The Sloboda Energoinvest basketball players will meet the Slavia team in Mejdan tomorrow in the 7th round of the MaxBet League of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Tuzla enter the match with a score of 4-1, while Slavija is at 3-3, which further enhances the importance of the duel.
The coach of Sloboda, Marko Trbić, expects a physically demanding game against a team that, as he says, plays intensely and firmly.
– I think it will be physically very demanding. It is a team that plays very well and is built to play physically strong games. We may be in a slightly shortened roster, we have problems with illness, but not with injuries, so I expect it will not be easy at all – said Trbić.
Sloboda had a whole week to prepare, and the coach hopes that the team will be complete before the match itself.
– We prepared to the max. I hope that tonight we will be a bit more complete in training and be able to work normally. In any case, we are considered favorites tomorrow and we want to justify it, regardless of the lineup we go out with. We know it won’t be easy, but we also know that we are a team that must, even in difficult conditions, give the maximum and win – said the Tuzlak strategist.
Trbić also invited the fans to fill Mejdan and provide additional energy to the team in the important duel.
– Support from the audience would be of great importance in a match like this. I invite people to come and watch the match – said Trbić.
