Representatives of the Cantonal Road Directorate, which operates within the Ministry of Physical Planning, Transport and Protection of the Zenica-Doboj Canton, in the Office of the Prime Minister signed four regional road rehabilitation contracts, total value of 1,552,882.04 KM.
The contracts initialed the director of the Roads Directorate Nandino Škrbić, and the Commercial Society “Porobić” on the rehabilitation of the road R444 birch – Varesh, from ST 6 + 365,00) and rehabilitation of the regional road R444A Vareš – Pogar (contracted price 438,162.97 KM), with the company “Komgrad-ZE” doo Zenica for the rehabilitation of the Regional Road R473, with the construction of a pedestrian trailer from ST 0 + 196.00, and with the company “MGV Gradnja” R466 Zavidovići – Kamenica (contract value 241,369.83 KM).
The signing of the contract was attended by the Prime Minister of Zenica-Doboj Canton Nezir Pivić and the Minister of Physical Planning, Transport and Communications and Environmental Protection Adnan Shabani.
– The Government of Zenica-Doboj Canton is firmly committed to continuous investment in road infrastructure, especially in the directions that connect local communities and lead to significant tourism and economic destinations. Such projects contribute to the overall development of the canton – said Prime Minister Nezir Pivić.
Prime Minister Pivić added that such projects not only improve traffic safety, it is already opened in the development of economy and tourism.
– We signed four contracts today. Two relate to the rehabilitation of regional roads in the municipality of Vareš – shares between Vareš and Birch, ie the locality of Dobravina, and the Pogar – port section. The third contract refers to the area of Zenica, on the rehabilitation of the road from the ruth towards the Bistričak, and the neighborhoods of Zavidovići, for the section of the Комени до кашено на поинери поинери. The focus is placed on the travel infrastructure that leads to tourist destinations – said Minister Adnan Shabani.
Elmin Skulj, Director of the company “Komgrad-ZE” doo Zenica, said the company has significant experience in performing such works and that they are willing to access the job immediately.
