The Health Minister of Zenica-Doboj Canton, as an authorized representative of the Government of the Government, has signed a valid collective agreement on the rights and obligations of employers and health workers and the doctors and dentistry enabled the increase in about 10 percent. On behalf of trade union organizations were the President of the Independent Vocational Union of Dr. Medicine and Dentistry ZDK Elvis Cikotić and the president of the employees of the employees of the healthcare facilities ZDK Zaim Begić.
– I’m glad we pointed out today’s meeting that the union does not only insist on increasing salaries, but also on the conditions in which it will work. We are glad that we are in a common attitude that we need to start a historical project in the future. In the coming period, in the coming period, in some 10 days, present our plan for the construction of the new Cantonal Hospital for Zenica and all construction works in the KBZ circuit – the Prime Minister ZDK Nezir Pivić said.
Health Minister ZDK Aida Salčinović explained that the increase in the salary of employees in the health care would be realized through the increase in the clock from the last 3,10 KM to 3.45 KM.
– Today signed amendments to the collective agreement, the salary employees will be increased by 10 percent – the Minister Salčinović pointed out.
According to the President of the Independent Vocitine Trade Union of the ZDK Elvis Cikotic, the Basic Salary of the Medical Work will amount to 2,800 KM, while the starting salary of medical technicians from 1. October this year amount to 1,650 KM.
– We are satisfied with today’s signing amendment to the current collective agreement. This is a continuation of a continuous increase, ie improving the material position of employees in the health care of the ZDK – said Cikotić.
The president of the employees of employees in Health ZDK Zaim Begić said he was satisfied with the agreed, and explained when it comes to nurses in the ZDK that they were in second place at the income, right behind Sarajevo Canton.
Director of the Health Insurance Institute ZDK Omer Skaljo explained that the amendments relate to 4,013 employees and that, by the end of this year, additional funds in the amount of 2,600,000 KM will require. Also, amendments to the Federal Law, Zzozdk is 1. July this year, this year is obliged to provide additional nearly 4,200,000 KM until the expiration of the current collective agreement in March next year.
– The Health and Union Ministry of Health and Union, health workers, who were only the amount of income, are now immediately behind the Sarajevo Canton, whose budget is much higher – said Skaljo.
Cantonal Prime Minister Nezir Pivić pointed out that they are satisfied with the fact that they can improve the status of employees in health care, as they have previously done all employees who are financed from the budget of that canton and take care of employee satisfaction. He claimed that he was sure he would be satisfied with the new collective agreements to be signed next year.
