According to additional information from Miguel Ángel Chazarri, the initial offer to take over the club is 450 million euros. Ramos played twice for Sevilla during his career. The first time was from 2003 to 2005, after which he moved to Real Madrid. He returned to the club in the 2023/24 season, after two seasons spent at Paris Saint-Germain.
This agreement in principle was preceded by a meeting held on January 15, where Sergio Ramos and Pérez Solano presented their offer and project to the shareholders. The meeting, which lasted more than two hours, was evaluated very positively due to the importance of the offer, which eventually led to an agreement being reached.
