The meeting between US and Ukrainian officials in Florida was very productive, but work is still being done to end the war, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said.
“There are a lot of moving parts and obviously there’s another side involved in this that will have to be part of the equation, and that will continue later this week when Witkoff travels to Moscow,” Rubio told reporters.
He added that the US was in contact at various levels with the Russian side and that official Washington understands Moscow’s positions quite well.
