During the action, all available resources of the Alliance of the Gorski Rescue Services (GSS) were used in BiH and its members, as well as the capacities of government institutions and partnerships.
More than 100 rescuers participated in search, with the support of the Helicopter of the Federal Police Administration (FPP) and EUFOR, demand dogs, drones and other specialized equipment.
More than 100 kilometers of hiking trails and over 14 square kilometers of the Mountain Mountain area, including all mountaineering facilities, shelters, cliffs, streams and other areas of interest, has been searched.
“The pursuit so far did not result in finding a missing person, nor by finding any trace that would refer to the missing person,” the statement said.
Due to the exhaustion of all available traces and information, and after consultations with the leadership of GSS Association in BiH, the pursuit leader has made a decision on the temporary reduction in the intensity of field activities.
The analysis of all previous information and the collected data continues, and from GSS say that the search will be re-activated in full capacity if new operational knowledge occurs.
