The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, ordered to ensure the implementation of new national projects from January 1, 2025, as stated in the list of instructions after the session of the Council for Strategic Development and National Projects.
– The Government of the Russian Federation, together with the Bank of Russia and the executive bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, when implementing new national projects, must ensure that the following key tasks are solved in 2025: ensuring the realization of new national projects starting from January 1, 2025 – it is stated in the document published on the website of the Kremlin.
In addition, Putin ordered changes to be made to the legislation that provide for the application of rules on the distribution, no later than August, of the volume of interbudgetary transfers for the next financial year and planning period that are submitted to regional budgets for the implementation of national projects, reports Sputnik.
Other orders of the President of Russia are:
– that by February 15, 2025, a unified plan for achieving the goals of Russia’s national development should be refined and approved;
– new national projects will become a priority in the formation of the federal budget until 2030;
– monitor the observance of the principle of orientation towards the family and the creation of conditions for families with children during the implementation of specialized national projects;
– ensure the implementation of measures to overcome negative demographic trends and increase the birth rate and prepare a report by June 1;
– in 2025, ensure the transition to a model of balanced growth with low unemployment and maintenance of inflation at a constantly low level;
– in 2025, ensure the development of the Russian payment infrastructure and the infrastructure of the financial market in order to strengthen the role of the ruble in international payments;
– include in national projects on technological leadership measures to achieve the superiority of Russian technologies over foreign ones;
– ordered Clada and the Central Bank to increase the provision of technological independence in 2025;
– instructed the Government to ensure accelerated development of the unmanned aviation industry in order to achieve technological leadership;
– prepare the basis for the development of autonomous transport systems in Russia;
– instructed the Government to ensure the timely development of a group of spacecraft in geostationary orbit;
– The government and “Roskosmos” have until May 1, 2025 to approve the national project for the development of space activities until 2030.
