Ski Center Rostovo, known for its unique winter idyll, sports and recreational facilities and a large number of visitors during the season, opens its doors for new business partners.
We are publishing a Public Call for submission of offers for the lease of an attractive office space within the complex, which is intended for the sale of alcoholic and spirit drinks.

Subject of public invitation
The object of the lease is business premises intended exclusively for the activity of trade/sale of alcoholic and spirit drinks. Professionalism, a high level of service and an assortment that follows the standards of our ski center are expected from the future tenant.
How to apply and what should the offer contain?
All interested legal and natural persons can submit their offers in writing. The offer should include:
- Information about the bidder (company name/name, ID number, contact information).
- Business profile and planned assortment (brief description of the point of sale concept).
- Financial offer for monthly/seasonal rent.
- Proof of activity registration (or a statement of readiness for registration if it is a new business).
Deadline and method of submission of offers
Application deadline: Offers are accepted no later than July 30, 2026. until 12 o’clock.
