The Municipal Court in Zenica adopted an interimage of the Government of the Zenica-Doboj Canton and the Ministry of Finance to employ the employees of the University of Zenica and third parties, but at the same time rejected the proposal for the interim measure relating to Rector Jusuf Duraković.
– We welcome the decision of the court that is acceptable to the government, because we do not want to employ the University of Zenica suffer from the interests of individuals, but to get their earned salaries as soon as possible. The decision of the Court has enabled us to get out of this situation. The Court rejected the proposal of the temporary insurance measure in terms of the position of the Rector, proved that the Rector unjustifiably usurates the position – said Prime Minister Nezir Pivić.
He emphasized that the government’s position from the beginning was clear, which is that salaries will be paid as soon as the legal conditions acquired.
– This Decision of the Court was done, but the Court has also been confirmed that the Court did not accept the interim measure of the status of the Rector. We expect the Senate to finally do its part of the work and appoints the acting of the Rector – said Prime Minister Pivić.
He was learned by the court’s decision today, the president of the Unza Mirnes Duraković and the president of the United States and Higher Education of the Zenica-Doboj Canton of Djevad Hadžić.
– The union is from the very beginning that the salaries must be paid to workers and that workers must not apply to the workpiece conducted by the Senate. We expect the Unze Senate to work in accordance with the law applicable to the Canton and to respect the decisions of the Management Board.
