The International Criminal Court last week rejected Israel’s request to appeal the arrest warrants issued by the ICC for Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant over the Gaza war.
In a ruling last year, the ICC found “reasonable grounds” to believe that Netanyahu and Gallant bear “criminal responsibility” for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.
Israel denies all accusations.
