Pope Leo celebrated mass in front of more than a million people in Madrid

The mass was held on the Catholic holiday of Corpus Domini, when processions are organized in numerous cities in which the faithful, led by the clergy, carry the Eucharist through the streets, Beta agency reports.

Pope Leo XIV arrived in Spain on Saturday with the aim of emphasizing the importance of Catholic tradition and encouraging young people to think about a religious vocation.
