The payment of pensions for the month of June will be earlier than usual. In accordance with the Law on Pension and Disability Insurance, the payment will be made through the Unified Account of the Treasury of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Friday, July 3, 2026.
For users who have earned the right to a pension by January 1, 2026, the lowest pension is 666.76 KM, the guaranteed pension is 795.74 KM, while the highest pension is 3,333.79 KM.
For users who exercise their right to a pension after January 1, 2026, a new method of calculating the lowest pension is applied, whereby the base amount is 724.36 KM.
Therefore, the lowest pensions are:
434.62 KM for users with less than 20 years of pension experience,
470.83 KM for users with 20 to less than 25 years of experience,
507.05 KM for users with 25 to less than 30 years of experience,
543.27 KM for users with 30 to less than 35 years of experience,
615.71 KM for users with 35 to less than 40 years of experience,
688.14 KM for users with 40 or more years of pension experience.
As of January 1, 2026, the lowest disability and family pension, which is paid to an active insured person, amounts to 651.92 KM.
The guaranteed pension for users who became eligible after January 1, 2026, with 40 or more years of insurance service, amounts to 842.44 KM.
The lowest pension for beneficiaries who exercise the right according to special regulations, including war invalids, winners of war awards and members of their families, is set at 666.76 KM.
The average independent pension for June is 851.97 KM.
A total of 470,291 beneficiaries will receive June pensions, and about 356.4 million convertible marks are insured for their payment, writes RTV Slon.
