The team children’s international sports event called “OPTIMIZED KIDS CHALLENGE 2025” will be held on Sunday (December 21) in the balloon hall in Čapljina.
This event is intended for children from 7-14 years. The program starts at 10 a.m. and is organized by the “Optimized Sports and Recreation Center” Association and the “Metković” Cycling Club.
The competition program will take place according to the rounds listed below in the order of elimination pyramid, until the finals, in such a way that in each round drop two to three teams with the worst time, depending on the number of registered teams, until the finals where the finalists will fight in the 6th round (TUG OF ROPE) to win the prize.
All rounds of the competition will be performed as a team, such as the 1st round (ENDURANCE) where all three competitors will work simultaneously and the team time of the competitor who endures the most will be taken into account, except for the 3rd round (LONG JUMP) where the competitors will work individually and the sum of the jumps of the competitors from one team will make up the team’s total score.

- Round 2 (BAR STRENGTH)
- Round 3 (LONG JUMP)
- 4th round (CHALLENGE 1 – running with legs tied)
- 5th round (CHALLENGE 2 – running with hands tied)
- Final (TUG OF ROPE)
Award to the winning team is 750 KM – (3 x 250 KM gift certificate SPORT REALITY), which additionally
we want to motivate children for participation and further development and advancement and acceptance of sport as a basis for
quality and steady development of each child.
Basic rules for participation:
- The team consists of 3 competitors, of which at least 1 boy and 1 girl must be.
- The team must have a minimum of 1 competitor under 10 years of age and 1 competitor over 10 years of age.
- The maximum number of teams that can register for the competition is 30.
