In order to strengthen the capacity and potential of young people, the project was launched “NextGen: Young that drive changes” Which brings together 100 young ages from 15 to 25 years from different local communities. Through a range of interactive workshops, participants will have the opportunity to develop skills that are crucial for successful personal and professional development in modern society. The project implements Association of Youth “Forte” Tešanj, with the financial support of the European Union.
The project combines IT Education with workshops “Soft “skill Like communication, teamwork, entrepreneurship, public performance and critical thinking. The special focus is placed on the involvement of young people from smaller and distant communities that do not have access to modern forms of non-formal education.
“Young people often do not have enough opportunities to discover and develop their full potential. Through ‘Nextgen’ we want to offer them space for learning, connecting and taking initiative in their environments,” Localese project organizers.
This project not only stronger individuals, but also has a broader goal – Starting positive changes in communities Through knowledge, cooperation and engagement of young people, and it was created as a result of a situational analysis on young people from the area of Tešanj, carried out by representatives of Forta Association.
Workshops started 20.06. And they will be realized in Tešnj.

Local project activities are part of the Digi Project: Mon – Monitoring and improving the status of young people under the Digital Youth Center in BiH, and realize World Vision BH Foundations in partnership with the Association of Our Children of Sarajevo and the BiH Ministry of BiH.
