The indictment states that they participated in forced relocation of about 4,000 Bosniak civilians from the village of Giulići, Klisa and surrounding villages, according to which they did not act in inhuman.

Vasic was charged with Genocide in Srebrenica as a mayor of public security, and he was finally acquitted of the fault with another four former police officers in August 2022.
