Bankers usually remember in interest, enforcement and they feel that you push the paper with a smile that says something finely, but dangerous.
Nermina Ćostovic remember differently. Only the war and repayment period has not been counted. With him, what the paper does not record – a word, trust, eye eye in the eye. That feeling you are in front of man, not before uniformed part of the system.
Coach who taught the bankers with patience
It’s the year in 2008 The banking world in BiH was in turning – HVB Central Profit and UniCredit Zagreb, entered the marriage, and brought new technology, new procedures, the entire new world of rules.
In Sarajevo, and Bank’s branches throughout BiH, in the classrooms full of confused employees from all over BiH, Nermin stood.

The phone that never silent

Because Nermin is not of those who stand halfway. His path was always further, deeper – to people, to trust, to that point where the job ceases to be a job and becomes a mission.
Banker with a human face
At the time when everyone talks about digitization and algorithms, the story of Nermina Ćostovic is a reminder that the bank is leading to people.
And among those people rare, those whose name remains enrolled in the memory of clients and colleagues, and not in debts, but by humanity.
