After leaving prison, Nesic was greeted by family members.
Recall, from the Court of BiH, it was officially confirmed that the detention of the former Security Minister of BiH Nenad Nesic was abolished.
Deciding on the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina is today, 16.5.2025., In the Sanjin Avdić et al. (S1 2 K 034060 25 Krn), issued a decision accepted by the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and the suspect Nenad Nesic was abolished custody, and at the same time certain prohibit measures:
- Ban travel;
- Measure of compulsory occasional occurrence to the state body and
- Prohibition of meeting with certain persons, all referred to in Article 126a of the ZKPBiH.
Pronounced prohibition measures under this decision may last until there is a need or to a different decision of the court.
The control of the justification of the imposed prohibition measures will be performed at expiration every two (2) months. The suspect was especially warned that his detention could be determined if he violates the obligations from certain prohibition measures.
