The delegation visited the Municipality of Ilidža with the aim of strengthening relations and joint initiatives, and during the meeting were exchanged on the cooperation so far. The continuation of the partnership in the areas of education, local development and international cooperation was also agreed.
The focus of the conversation was the International University of Sarajevo (IUS), which should be a kind of link in cooperation between the municipality of Ilidža and local communities in the Republic of Turkey.
It was concluded that IUS can serve as a bridge that will further link educational and institutional actors in the coming period, and be a basis for further cooperation between the Municipality of Ilidža and Turkey’s Republickeeper.
In a friendly atmosphere, a common willingness to make extra efforts to make Ilidža, as a local community, and IUS, as an international educational institution, continued to grow and develop together.
