Representatives in the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the past 12 months only cost the citizens of the FBiH 3.4 million KM, or more precisely 3,463,958 KM, in the name of basic salaries.
The basic salaries of representatives ranged from 3,200 KM to 4,600 KM. Last year’s lump sum was 850 KM, so for one year, 90,251 KM was set aside for that item.
Representatives whose residential address is more than 70 kilometers from the seat of the FBiH Parliament are entitled to accommodation expenses, for which 55,094,65 KM have been allocated in 2024.
They also have the right to separate life, which is about 3,000 KM per representative, and in total, this item cost the citizens of the Federation 166,637 KM.
Last year, the deputies also received a holiday allowance, which is higher than the lowest pension in the Federation and amounts to 664 KM, while the lowest pension is 573 KM.
244,038.41 KM was set aside for a hot meal for federal representatives.
By increasing the coefficient from 425 KM to 480 KM, as agreed by the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the Union of Civil Servants and State Employees, the basic salary of representatives will be increased by 429 KM this year. The same applies to delegates in the House of Peoples of the FBiH Parliament.
The chairman of the House of Representatives and the House of Peoples of FBiH will now have a basic salary of 4,704 KM, while in 2024 it was 4,165 KM.
The vice presidents of the Houses of the FBiH Parliament whose coefficient is 9.50 will have basic salaries of 4,560 KM, and in 2024 they amounted to 4,037 KM. This means that it was increased by 523 KM.
Club presidents in the houses of the FBiH Parliament have a coefficient of 8.20 and their basic salary will amount to 3,936 KM. In 2024, it amounted to 3,485 KM. It was increased by 451 KM. For the presidents of the working bodies of the Houses of the FBiH Parliament, the coefficient is 8.10 and their basic salary will amount to 3,888 KM, while last year it was 3,442 KM. It was increased by 446 KM.
Deputy presidents of working bodies have a coefficient of 8, so their salary will be 3,840 KM, and in 2024 it was 3,400 KM, it says. Factor.
